We conduct traffic surveys and analyses, traffic planning, road planning, etc.
Traffic demand is estimated using the latest technology based on the results of actual traffic condition surveys, which track the movement of people and vehicles, for the various inspections, diagnoses, and consideration of measures related to traffic.
Specifically, we propose plans for roads, traffic and public transportation facilities, plans for station squares and terminal facilities, measures related to traffic, etc.

• Future road network plans
  We examined the road network as part of the Tokyo city planning. We considered and evaluated roads that will be required in the future from various aspects such as future traffic volume due to traffic distribution, congestion and traffic safety problems of surrounding roads, major facilities layout, etc. to consider desirable road networks and development priority.
• Comprehensive urban transportation system survey
  We consider future models of city development and establish comprehensive traffic plans that include public transportation, roads, walking environments, etc. through understanding, analyses, and forecasts of the movement of people.
  In recent years, we have also been working on surveys using smartphone applications.
• Social traffic experiment
  We established a plan for redeveloping a station square and conducted a social experiment associated with traffic control to verify its feasibility.
